VPN Activation (RU Keys):

1. Start Steam

2. Download this: CLICK

3. Install and Open the VPN Programm

4. Check the Box "i dont have a Username" and klick on "Apply and Load server list"

5. Klick on Ukraine and Connect

6. Now u have to wait 30 - 60 Seconds until Steam has the new IP

7. Enter the Key

8. Disconnect the VPN.
